Warranty, Refund and Repair Policy

Predator Quads is committed to ensuring we operate in line with the Consumer’s Guarantee Act 1993. Our products are built to the highest possible quality and are designed to last a reasonable amount of time in accordance with the CGA.

If you believe an item you have receive is defective out of the box we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. Predator Quads offers a free repair service in these cases. If the producted is not possible to be repaired, Predator Quads holds the right to choose to repaired, replaced or refunded.

To process any warranty repairs, replacements or refunds, custumers are required to show evidence in the form of a video or photos which shows your issues and concerns. If this is not possible, you can return the product to use for our technicians to diagnose your issue. If our technicians are able to find or recreate your issue with the product, customers will be charged with a labour fee. 

Product failure due to user error or damage causesd by a crash are not covered by warrenty.

Warranties on products that have been modified by the user which has caused failure are void
